New Commando Krav Maga DVD
Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor Certification New dates are up for Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor Certifications in Toronto and Montreal. Everyone who is attending should be brushing up on their basics and getting ready for a tough weekend. Both certification seminars will be held at Crossfit gyms.
Certification semianrs are intense and very physical. Each weekend course is aprox 16hrs and covers:Kettlebell basics and advanced exercises, Joint Mobility and Bodyweight exercises as well as marketing, course programming and more. This is not a “pay for certification” you must earn your diploma. Be prepared for an intense physical and educational challenge. The course is worth 4-CEC credits.
| Hi Shawn: I never did get around to sending an email to tell you how great the certification was. I found it tough but can’t say I was happy that it ended. I was sore for a couple of days, but it didn’t persist past Tuesday — thankfully! Thanks for the quality training and exacting requirements — there aren’t many certifications that follow through on a challenging standard. I recently spent 2 and 1/2 days in Toronto at a bootcamp with Jenn Hendershott – she has won both the Ms Olympia and Arnold Classic titles. She is pretty freakin’ amazing, but it did not come close to the paces you put us through! The “bionic man” quote about you is dead on, but the reality of your skills runs rings around the fiction of the bionic man! And, you have a much keener sense of humour!Wendy Chappell |

Now for something a little different……Kettlebell juggling American Idol style! Before you get too excited the size of the Kettlebell doesn’t indicate the weight. Russian Kettlebells like these have the same dimenssions for light or heavy bells however the juggling is still very cool.
