This killer beauty is named “Chrissy” and I created for a Toronto based trainer who wanted me to give her a challenging workout. (*Tuck Jump Burpee–From standing squat down but to heels..then shoot out your feet into a pushup position- complete a full pushup and bring your legs back to a squat then jump up with your knees going up to your shoulders.)
