Pull-Ups can be one of the most challenging exercises for beginners. Due to the difficulty of associated with this exercise many people give up long before they reap the benifits of Pull Up training. Kettlebell Swings have long been known as one of the best overall strength and endurance exercises. The following circuit was designed to make use of the full body benifits of the Two Hand Swing combined with one of the best bodyweight exercies-Burpee’s. This killer beauty is named “Chrissy” and I created for a Toronto based trainer who wanted me to give her a challenging workout. Ladies and gentlemen, grab a Kettle and see if you are tough enough for Chrissy.

(*Tuck Jump Burpee–From standing squat down but to heels..then shoot out your feet into a pushup position- complete a full pushup and bring your legs back to a squat then jump up with your knees going up to your shoulders.)
